- My steps did not turn into Bolts.
- Open the Apple Health app and check that Yakala may read your steps: Profile › Privacy › Apps › Yakala. Then sync again in the game. Bolts have a daily limit.
- Do I need the Apple Health app?
- No. Every part of the game plays without it; your steps only add Bolts.
- How do I delete my account?
- In the game, or by email.Delete your account

Email us the player's username, where it happened and when. Add a screenshot if you have one. We read every report.
Fitness Premium

- Fitness Premium renews every month until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
